Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent and none appeared either in person or by an advocate on behalf of the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent by this Court vide order dated 21.01.2021 made in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.561 of 2021 on the ground of non compliance of conditions imposed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the first respondent duly complied with the conditions, while granting anticipatory bail. Now the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed and the same is pending for cognizance.

CRL MP(MD) No.4752 of 2021 3.In view of the aforestated facts, this Court finds no grounds to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent.
