ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to grant permission to the petitioner for conducting 'Aadaal Padal (dance programme)' show at the evening hours on 28.07.2018 in the light of St.Sandhiyagappar Church 12th year festival at Sutchakaneri Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.07.2018, is directed to be considered and an order to that effect would be passed, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that if the said representation dated 23.07.2018 is pending with the respondents, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

5.Considering the said circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 27.07.2018 and the petitioner is directed to produce a copy of the representation along with this order copy to the second respondent.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
