PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, challenging the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent herein approving the 6th respondent herein as Secretary of Karapettai Nadar Girls Higher Secondary School Thoothukudi by a proceedings in e.f.vz;.No. 6772m3/2019 dated 22.05.2020 and quash the same as illegal and against the bye law of the educational agency and further direct the 3rd and 4th respondents herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2019 received on 25.11.2019 and pass appropriate orders within a time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.6 and 7 submitted that there was a change in management and the petitioner has also died.
