The petitioner has come forward to file this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to give police protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner and to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 14.05.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
