This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, directing the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, to dispose of the complaint pending in C.C.No.71 of 2020, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.B.Ravindran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai District, to dispose of the C.C.No.71 of 2020, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
