For such a long time, even though the service register of the petitioner was available, necessary entries have not been made in the said register. In the result, the petitioner is not able to get the service benefits in time. Therefore, in this regard, the petitioner already approached this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14181 of 2017, by order dated 31.07.2017, this Court has given a direction to the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner with regard to his grievance.

Since the said request has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that if the said request of the petitioner, dated 11.04.2018, is directed to be considered and an order to that effect is directed to be passed within a time frame as fixed by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied. 5.I have heard Mrs.S.

Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents who would submit that, pursuant to the said request made by the petitioner, dated 11.04.2018, respondents would permit the petitioner to have an access with the service register to verify as to whether the necessary entries have been entered in the said service register. 6.Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- "that the respondents are directed to consider the request of the petitioner, dated 11.04.

2018 and accordingly, permit the petitioner to have an access with the service register and to take photocopy, in this regard, in order to verify, as to whether, necessary entries have already been entered or carried out in the said service register and the said exercise shall be undertaken by the respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
