[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, produced a copy of the order dated 31.07.2018, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, in and by which, the detenu was ordered to be sent along with the petitioner, her mother.
