This petition has been filed seeking a direction for registration of a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.06.2018 by Thirumangalam Police.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint preferred by the petitioner has been registered in Crime No.350 of 2018, on 24.07.2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 448 and 436 IPC and Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, 1992 and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
