O R D E R
This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members from the third respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner received life threat from the third respondent and thereby, he sent representation to the second respondent on 09.04.2025 seeking police protection but the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they have not received any complaint from the petitioner. If the petitioner lodges fresh complaint, they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the third respondent, is inclined to pass orders. Page No. 2 of 4

Since the receipt of the representation of the petitioner is denied by the respondents 1 and 2 and no documents to show that the representation of the petitioner was received by the respondents 1 and 2, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the second respondent. If such representation received from the petitioner, the second respondent shall take appropriate action in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to both the parties.
6. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
