2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, since time was already lapsed. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents has also represented that the time was lapsed and this petition become infructuous.

4.Recording the above said submissions on both side, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
