O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent no. 2 to not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the respondent no. 4. 2.According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent, thereby, the 4th respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner before the 3rd respondent. Taking advantage of the same, the 3rd respondent harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. In this regard, he has sent a representation but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent, the petitioner has been called for enquiry and the same is pending. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner. 4.According to the petitioner, the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and the same was denied by the respondent police and they have called the petitioner only 2/4

based on the complaint of the 4th respondent. 4.In view of the above, this Court hereby directs the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry based on the complaint of the 4th respondent and the representation of the petitioner and dispose the same within a period of one week from the date of this order. 5.With the above observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of.
