ORDER
The application submitted by the petitioner, pursuant to the recruitment notification, dated 08.02.2015 for recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspector of Police, is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2.The Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board issued a notification for recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspector of Police on 08.02.2015. The petitioner submitted her application to participate in the process of selection. However, the application was rejected for the following reasons:- "1.Photo/Signature Not Proper 2.Age Qualification Criteria Not Met/Proof Not Proper https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.The petitioner states that passed an on-line application. Therefore, the petitioner must be given an opportunity to correct the mistake, if any occurred. This Court is of the considered opinion that the application once rejected on certain grounds as per the instructions issued to the candidates, then, there is no reason to interfere with the process of selection at this length of time. The recruitment was conducted in the year 2015 and now five years lapsed and the reason for rejection of application was also furnished to the petitioner. This being the factum, the relief as such sought for to accept the application submitted by the petitioner could not arise at all.
