The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has forwarded a copy of the order dated 28.02.2023 in D.R.No.2023/28/07/000144SD, which is a patta transfer order, wherein, the relief sought for by the petitioner had been addressed and it has been specifically stated that patta has been granted.

2. In view of the same, no further issue arises for adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
