O R D E R This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the alleged complaint given by the 3rd respondent attracting the provisions of section 420 of IPC etc.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no complaint or no enquiry against the petitioner. Though it is stated that the parties were called for enquiry for one time, it appears that no complaint has been received against the petitioner.
