ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 25.04.2025 1/3

under Section 483(1)(b) of BNSS, 2023, to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.538 of 2025 on 27.03.2025 and relax the condition imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur in Crl.M.P.No.1538 of 2024 on 27.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to allow this Criminal Original Petition. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the order in Crl.M.P.No.538 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur is set aside and the condition imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur in Crl.M.P.No.1538 of 2024 on 27.11.2024, 2/3
