Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned rejection order dated Nil passed by the respondents and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to accept the petitioner's application and permit him to participate in the recruitment process which is proposed to be held for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police called for vide Notification No.1/2015 (Advertisement No.1/2015) dated 8.2.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent.
