O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner illegally in the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the son of the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.92 of 2021 and during enquiry, it was found that it is a purely civil dispute and the complaint was closed on 21.04.2021.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is no complaint pending against the petitioner. However, the second respondent is continuously giving trouble to the petitioner. Further, the petitioner can make a complaint to the first respondent about this.

4. However, this Court cannot go into the disputed facts. Since the complaint itself was closed, nothing survives for further consideration or adjudication.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
