*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu to produce her husband, by name Marunthan.
2. The said Marunthan is an accused in Crime No.195 of 2016, on the file of Natham Police Station, under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. He is arrayed as third respondent in H.C.P(MD)No.609 of 2016. The police arrested him and remanded to judicial custody.
3. In view of the subsequent events, relating to the arrest of Marunthan, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition.
