ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue, a mentally handicapped child. The detenue had been placed in the custody of the third respondent, but had made him get away. We do not understand how the same was possible.
2.Be that as it may, the second respondent has traced the detenue and found him at Karimedu bus stop and he is now produced before this Court. The petitioner is also present. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner will take the detenue under his care and keep him in safe custody. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to take his son, the detenue along with him.
4.Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
