O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Karur to take on file the petitioner's private complaint in CFR.SR.No.225/2021 dated 06.02.2021 and proceed further in accordance with law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that a private complaint has been presented before the court on 06.02.2021 and after assigning SR number, no progress has been made. Till now, the private complaint has not been taken on file and no sworn statement has been recorded so far and hence, the petitioner seeks a direction.

3. The reason for non-processing of the private complaint is not known. However, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur to process the private complaint filed by the petitioner within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After completing the process, a compliance report shall be sent to the Registry. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on the particular date, fixed by the trial court.

4. With the above directions, this petition is disposed of.
