Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records relating to the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.407 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. D.Kirubakaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. B.Nambiselvam, Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent, this Court made the following order: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis This petition has been filed to extend the time fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19252 of 2022 dated 08.03.2023 by this

Court to another fifteen days to surrender and execute the sureties before the jurisdictional Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are aged persons and particularly the second petitioner is taking treatment, they are unable to surrender before the Court within the time stipulated by this Court. 3.Considering the above submission, this petition is allowed and a further time of 15 days is granted to surrender before the jurisdictional Court, execute the sureties and to comply with the conditions imposed in the order dated 08.03.2023.
