This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 658 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2.Heard Mr.I.Robert Chandra Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.There is no representation for the respondent. 4.The petitioner did not provide sufficient reasons for the delay. On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is seen that due to the petitioner's nature of work, he could not file the appeal in time. However, it is the duty of the claimant to explain the delay of each and every day. 5.Though the reasons stated in the affidavit is not satisfactory, in order to provide an opportunity and in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to allow this petition subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, on or before 17.09.2025, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court.

6. This petition is accordingly ordered.
