ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in CRL.OP(MD).No. 4381 of 2026 dated 26.02.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of completion of investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 16.04.2026 pal 2/4
