ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the rejection of application of the petitioner for recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspector of Police. Pursuant to the recruitment notification for selection to the post of Sub-Inspector of Police, the petitioner submitted her application. The application was rejected by the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board on the ground that (i)Photo/Signature Not Proper; (ii)Age Qualification Criteria Not Met/Proof Not Proper; (iii)Educational Qualification Not Met/Proof Not Proper and (iv) Rule 14 of TNPSS Eligibility Criteria Not Met/Proof Not Proper. Against the rejection of the application, the present writ petition is filed. 2.This Court is of the considered opinion that instructions to the candidates are very much provided in the recruitment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

If any candidate has not properly filled up the application through on-line process and the authorities competent found that the application is dead of requisite particulars, then, they have got every right to reject the application. As far as the present writ petition is concerned, the application of the petitioner itself was rejected and thereafter, the process of recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspector of Police was concluded long back. This being the factum, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending. No further adjudication is required, as the petitioner has not established any right. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
