PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Sessions Court (Special Court for SC/ST (POA) Act) Virudhunagar, to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider the bail application on merits on the same date of surrender in Crime No.434 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Sessions Judge (Special Court for SC/ST (POA) Act), Virudhunagar, to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application on merits on the same date of surrender in Crime No.434 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that after filing the present criminal original petition, the second respondent herein has arrested the petitioners on 10.09.2020.
