The present review application has been filed to review the order, dated 05.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.154 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

3. Paragraph No.5 of the order, dated 05.01.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.154 of 2024 shall be substituted as follows:

Without going into the merits of the case, this Court direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, if she is otherwise qualified. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
