This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur to take-up the petition filed u/s. 451 and 457 Cr.P.C., in Cr.M.P.SR.No.5566 of 2018 on its file. 2.According to the prosecution, the vehicle involved in the criminal case in Crime No.85 of 2018 proceedings bearing Registration No.TN 67 BF 2670 has now been handed over to the Tahsildar, Sattur.

3.In the light of the said submission, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present Criminal Original Petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned to seek for return of the vehicle and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the authority concerned, if so advised.
