.. Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Nasrin Fathima, Daughter of Mohamed Rajappa, aged 21 years.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The second respondent produced the detenue before us. The detenue informed us that she was abducted by the third respondent against her wish. According to the detenue, she wanted to go with her father, who is the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor informed us that the police has already registered a case against the third respondent for various offences under IPC.

3. The detenue is a major. She is set at liberty.

4. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
