It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the petitioner has failed in the written examination, which is also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the above submissions, I am of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
