This petition is filed by the petitioners to quash the FIR in Crime No.655 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent would submit that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has also been filed. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the second respondent, is inclined to pass orders.

4. The prayer sought for in this petition is to quash the FIR on the file of the first respondent, but the first respondent already completed investigation and filed Final Report. As per FIR, there are specific allegation to constitute the offences. Hence, Recording the abovesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Page No. 2 of 4

Original Petition is closed, preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the Final Report in the manner known to law, if they are aggrieved.
