This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to issue No Objection Certificate for running a "Radiance Unisex Salon and SPA" situated at Plot No.1E, Keethibala Complex, Othakadai to Narasingam Main Road, Kadachanenthal, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 27.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner sent a representation seeking No Objection Certificate for running "Radiance Unisex Salon and SPA", but the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner, but no sufficient documents regarding educational qualification of the petitioner attached with the representation. Therefore, the representation of the petitioner is under consideration. If the petitioner appears and produces relevant records, they will consider the same and Page No. 2 of 4

take appropriate decision in accordance with law.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on 27.04.2025 along with relevant documents and the second respondent is also directed to take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of the petitioner's appearance.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
