Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of rejection published by the respondent through their official website and quash the same and consequently direct to permit the petitioner (Registration No.638775) to the write written examination to be conducted on 23.05.2015 and to take part in the selection process for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police (Taluk) pursuant to the Advertisement No.1/2015 dated 08.02.2015 issued by the respondent for the year 2015.

ORDER

It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the petitioner has failed in the written examination, which is also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the above submissions, I am of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
