ORDER

The petitioner claims to be the owner of lands measuring an extent of 2 acres and 4 cents and proposes to construct an access bridge across the water 1/4

body in Survey No.109/2 to secure access to the road. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation seeking issuance of a 'No Objection Certificate' for the proposed construction of an access bridge across the Thondaimanpatti tank in Survey No.109/2.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered in accordance with law within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.
