ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to change petitioner's father's name as Sivan instead of Muniyandi in petitioner's mother's death certificate dated 14.10.2022 and issue the fresh death certificate in accordance with law, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2025.

2. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner, seeking to change her father's name as Sivan instead of Muniyandi in the petitioner's mother's death certificate dated 14.10.2022, has sent a representation dated 07.03.2025. However, as it has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has not submitted all the relevant documents. However, if the petitioner submits the necessary documents, her

request will be considered in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to upload all the necessary documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such documents, the respondent shall consider the same on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within two weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
