Heard both sides.

2.The prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted. If the petitioner has any dispute with the private respondents, the remedy is to go before the jurisdictional civil Court. It appears that civil suit has already been filed. The petitioner has to pursue his remedy only in the 2/4

pending civil suit (O.S.No.171 of 2019 on the file of Sub Court, Karur). As and when any document is presented for registration, the registering authority would definitely act as per law. I cannot presume or anticipate that the registering authority will act illegally. 3.Leaving open the contentions of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
