ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission to perform a Aadal Paadal to be conducted on 31.07.2018 at night 07.00 pm., to 11.00 pm., in connection with the Aadi Festival of Arulmighu Sri Rakkachiamman Kovil, Thanakkankulam, Madurai District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. Admittedly, the representation dated 23.07.2018, has been submitted by the petitioner in his individual capacity and therefore, this Court cannot entertain this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, if any representation is made either by a member of Vizha Kuzhu or the Trustee or the organization, the same shall be considered by the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30.07.2018. No costs.
