This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct Vadamadu Majuvirattu in relation to Muthamizh Aringar Kalaingar 99th Birthday on 18.06.2022 situated at Thoppulampatti Village, Kallanthiri Panchayat, Alagarkovil Adivaram, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2022. 2.Heard Mr.T.Sugadev, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

W.P.(MD)No.11084 of2022 3.Though the petitioner in his prayer seeks for a positive direction to grant permission and protection to conduct Vadamadu Manjuvirattu, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders on or before 18.06.2022. 4.Considering the limited scope of prayer, that is now sought before this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's contention in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition or in the representation, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:
4.1.The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 15.06.2022. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
