2.The contention of the petitioner is that on the basis of his 1/4

complaint FIR was registered in Crime No.44 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of IPC against the accused persons. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the case was registered in the year 2019 and final report was also filed in the year 2022, so far the accused has not been served and the trial process has not been commenced.

3.Let the accused summon be served immediately and the trial process shall be completed by the trial Court within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the accused person. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
