O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. According to the detenu, she married the person, by name, Diwakar, about six months back and is presently residing with him. She is not prepared to go with the petitioner.

2. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.

3. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
