ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of 1/3
Mr.V.S.Kumaraguru, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. Kottaichamy, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the 1st respondent, this Court made the following order:
"The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He also seeks liberty to raise all the points before the learned trial Judge.
2. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the following direction:
(i) The learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.504 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(ii) The petitioner further submitted that his counter complaint in Crime No.262 of 2014 is still under investigation. Hence, this Court directed the investigating officer to complete the investigation in Crime No.262 of 2014 and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. "
