Seeking a direction to the second respondent to give permission to conduct Kumbabisekam, the petitioner filed this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that what the petitioner seeks is to perform Kumbabisekam Arulmigu Kamatchiamman temple situated in survey No.93/1, Karayavittu Kaliamman Kovil, and Sankili Karuppanaswamy temple situated in survey No.91/2, Periyavalasaipattinam Village, Thondi Post, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions, would submit that there are two groups involved and there is likelihood of law and order problem.

5. The learned counsel Mr.Herold Singh appearing for the opposite party submitted that already proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C has been initiated by the Revenue Divisional Officer, in Na.Ka.A4/3585/2015 dated 26.5.2015 and he also produced a copy of the same before this court.

6. In view of the pendency of the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C, this petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

7. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. In the meanwhile, this court directs that the pending proceedings in Na.Ka.A4/3585/2015 dated 26.5.2015 will have to be concluded by the Revenue Divisional Officer within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
