This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take action based on petitioner's representation dated Page No. 1 of 4

12.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner sent a representation dated 12.02.2025, but no action was taken. Therefore, she has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner sent a representation dated 12.02.2025 and the same is under enquiry. In the mean time, the opposite party, namely, Pon Ayyappan has also filed a petition before this Court not to harass him and this Court also directed the respondent police to conduct enquiry and to consider the representation of the opposite party and the same is also pending enquiry. Therefore, they will conduct enquiry based on the representation of the petitioner along with the representation of the opposite party.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the representation of the petitioner is pending with the 2nd respondent and already the opposite party, namely, Pon Ayyappan has also sent a representation and the same is also under enquiry by the 2nd respondent, Page No. 2 of 4

this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2025 and conduct enquiry along with the representation of the said Pon Ayyappan and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
