ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner made a representation dated 20.07.2018 to the second respondent, but no action has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition is filed before this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

representation of the petitioner, dated 20.07.2018, is directed to be considered and an order to that effect would be passed, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if the said representation is pending with the second respondent, the same would be considered in accordance with law.
5.Considering the said circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 01.08.2018, If necessary, after providing opportunity to the parties concerned. The petitioner is also directed to produce a copy of the representation along with this order copy to the second respondent.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
