(M) Confdl No.05/2016 dated 15.02.2016 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to produce the detenu namely Karnan, S/o.Kularajasingam aged about 38 years detained in Palayamkottai Central Prison before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to the detention order passed in H.S.(M)Confdl No.05/2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 15.02.2016 by the detaining authority who has been arrayed as second respondent herein against the detenu by name Karnan, S/o.Kularajasingam and quash the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that by virtue of G.O.Rt.No.1399 dated 31.03.2016, the detention order in question has been revoked. 3.Considering the representation made on the side of the respondents, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
