ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.262/2014 dated 20.09.2014 within time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police registered an FIR in Crime No.262 of 2014 and that the investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to complete 2/4

the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.262 of 2014 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
