JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) It is stated that the encroachment made by the petitioner has been removed. It is the complaint of the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the guise of removing encroachment, the respondent has also demolished a portion of the petitioner's property. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would contend that that was also an encroachment. We are not going into all those questions in this contempt proceedings. Since there is substantial compliance of the order passed, the contempt petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate all other questions in appropriate proceedings.
