*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that she was forcibly taken by the third respondent to Chennai and kept in illegal confinement. She escaped from the custody later. The detenu now wanted to go with the petitioner, who is none other than her husband. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.

3. We direct the second respondent to take follow-up action against the concerned, who are named in the complaint preferred by the petitioner as per law.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
