This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to give suitable direction to the seventh respondent to provide adequate police protection to retrieve the Temple and recover the yield of harvest belongs to the Arulmigu Nagappaswamy, Madurai Veeran (Vagaira) Thirukovil, in Survey No.12/8 with the extent of 1.02 Acre Cents at Kopavali Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District which is already taken control over by the third respondent on 08.04.2025 based on vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2711/2021-5/A5, dated 24.03.2025 and consequently to take appropriate action against the respondents 8 to 10 and their henchmen.
2.According to the petitioner, she lodged the complaint before the respondents 1 to 7, through communication dated 09.04.2025, but the 3/7
same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 and 6 would submit that the subject property belongs to HR and CE Department. The petitioner is the hereditary trustee. Earlier, the properties were encroached by third parties and the same were removed.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they received the petitioner's representation and the same is under consideration. If the petitioner produces relevant documents, then they will consider the same and take appropriate action, in accordance with law without any delay. 5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.
6.According to the petitioner, she sent the representation for police protection, but the same has not been considered. The seventh 4/7
respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation, therefore it is for him to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 7.Recording the above said submission, the seventh respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and take appropriate action within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties, in accordance with law. 8.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 24.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR To
