ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to pass orders, based on the petitioner's application, for reclassification of the subject lands, which have erroneously been classified as "Anatheena land".

2. I have heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Tahsildar has already conducted an enquiry and forwarded his report to the second respondent and the second respondent is yet to pass final orders.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for, a direction is issued to second respondent to consider the report of the Tahsildar and to pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
