Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus praying to call for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in No.7/BCDFGISSSV/2016, dated 15.02.2016 on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely Esakkipandi, S/o.Thangavel Thevar, aged about 39 years, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

to detention order, dated 15.02.2016 passed in No.7/BCDFGISSSV/2016 by the detaining authority, who has been arrayed as the second respondent herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the detention order in question has been revoked and to that effect, he has filed G.O.Rt.No.1349, dated 28.03.2016.

3. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.

4. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
